Visiting the Clinic
When you arrive at clinic please ring on the doorbell or push the front door and make your way to reception. and The clinic receptionist will greet you. Masks are no longer required to be worn. Should you wish to wear a mask this will be completely acceptable and if you would like your practitioner to wear a mask please indicate this when you arrive.
Please attend your appointments as close to the appointment time as possible. Please do not turn up late to your appointment as this will mean a shorter treatment time, but you will be charged for the full appointment.
Wherever possible I will utilise environmentally friendly, single use items during a treatment. These items will be disposed of safely, after use, in order to protect you from cross infection.
You will NOT be expected to wear a face covering in the clinic BUT I will totally understand, and not be offended, if you wish to wear a face covering during your treatment.
Treatments
Each New Patient will be required to book an Initial Consultation. this allows more time to enable me to take a Full Medical Case History , and will take upto 1 hr, including treatment.
After an Initial Consultation , treatments will either be 30-minute, 45-minute or 60-minute appointments, this will depend on what treatment you require. I will be keeping to these times strictly, so please make sure you book the correct amount of time that you wish to see me.
Before your Treatment
All hard surfaces, including the treatment couch and the wipeable face pillow will be sanitised.
During your treatment
I understand the importance of hand hygiene and I will ensure that I wash my hands, with soap and water, in accordance with NHS recommendations, before the start of your treatment. I will also hand sanitise using the hospital grade and WHO approved sanitiser.
I will make your treatment as safe and as comfortable as possible. If you have any concerns about your treatments, please let me know and I will do what I can to relay your fears.
After the treatment
Please get up from the couch and re dress.
I will only be accepting payment for treatment via CASH or by Debit/Credit Card.
I will book your next appointment onto the online system whilst you are dressing. You will receive confirmation of your next appointment via Email.
All patient notes will now be entered onto a Secure Online Programme, which complies with GDPR regulations. No paper files will be used.
All these procedures have been implemented for OUR safety. I will continue to take advice from the Government, PHE, BEIS and the NHS regarding safe practice and will amend these protocols, as necessary.
Thank you for your understanding.
